These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of applications developed and published by FRANZKUALA ("we", "us", or "our"), including TableHub, Masroufi by Noor, FlightCountdown, MasteringTime, Korvia, and ContractTracking.
For apps distributed through the Apple App Store, the usage is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA):

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA shall prevail for apps obtained through the App Store.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our applications for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:
Some of our apps require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Some features may require in-app purchases or subscriptions. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.
All content, features, and functionality of our applications are owned by FRANZKUALA and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Our applications are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FRANZKUALA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our applications immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the applications will cease immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through our applications or website. Your continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
